Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values

Willow’s purpose is to support individuals in cultivating a sense of peace, trust, and comfort within their own bodies so they can have the freedom to live authentic and fulfilling lives.

Willow will be part of the larger movement that advocates for a more expansive view of health and beauty and recognizes that all bodies deserve respect, pleasure, and attunement.

Willow’s mission is to provide a compassionate, well-informed, and inclusive space for healing relationships with food, body, and self.
